If you have an Activision Call of Duty account and an Amazon Prime account, here’s how to start receiving free in-game content:

Step 1: Navigate to the Call of Duty Offer Detail Page: https://gaming.amazon.com/loot/callofduty.

Step 2: Click “Claim Now” on the active content drop.

Step 3: Log in with your Prime-enabled account or sign up for Prime.

Step 4: Click “Continue” to begin the account-linking process.

Step 5: Click “Go to Activision” to be redirected to Activision’s account-linking page.

Step 6: Log in with your Activision account and authorize Prime Gaming to fulfill content.

Step 7: Click “Complete Claim.”

Complete these steps once and you’re set. After linking accounts, just navigate to the Offer Detail Page and select “Claim Now” on your desired drop and it’ll be yours in-game.

Claimed Bundles are automatically added to your account. Go to the Weapons, Operators, or Barracks tab to access the latest in-game content from this limited-time Prime Gaming offer.

Can I link different Amazon accounts to my CALL OF DUTY: VANGUARD and WARZONE account and claim each offer multiple times?

No, each offer can only be applied to one account. Each account can only receive one offer.

Is this content available in all regions?

You will be able to access this content in all regions you play the game. Please note that Prime Gaming is not available in Russia, China, India and embargoed territories.

I play CALL OF DUTY: VANGUARD and WARZONE on multiple platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, and PC). Can I access my content on each platform?

Yes. Content is available across all platforms where you’ve enabled cross play.

I claimed the offer but I don’t see my content in game.

If you’ve claimed the offer but don’t see it in game, make sure that the Amazon Prime account you used to claim the offer is linked to the same account you use to play CALL OF DUTY: VANGUARD and CALL OF DUTY: WARZONE. If the wrong account is linked to your Amazon Prime account please refer to FAQ 10. On WARZONE, if a bundle is not visible in Bundle Locker then please check Operator, Loadout, or Barracks tabs to identify individual content items.

I accidentally linked the wrong CALL OF DUTY: VANGUARD and WARZONE account to my Amazon account. What do I do?

If you linked the wrong CALL OF DUTY account to your Amazon account, log out of your account, then follow https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/amazonLinking to go through the account linking process again. Note that each content drop can only be redeemed once by an Amazon and CALL OF DUTY account.

Can I access VANGUARD unlockable items in MODERN WARFARE modes, or vice versa?

No. VANGUARD and Modern Warfare items can both be used within Warzone, but content from VANGUARD will not be available in Modern Warfare, and Modern Warfare content will not appear in
