Coronavirus, the viral disease outbreak which has claimed over 1400 lives and 60,000 affected cases is still spreading.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare confirmed a case of Coronavirus on Diamond Princess Cruise ship with about 3,700 passengers on board.

The officials distributed around 2000 iPhones to quarantined passengers.

According to Macotakara, the distributed iPhones come with an installed app that’ll provide the passengers with the latest update and news from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

The app in iPhones allows passengers to chat with mental health professionals to fight their anxiety and worries.

And also, passengers will be able to order medications and even make an appointment with doctors.

According to NBC, 771 people were put through medical tests, which confirmed that 228 people in the ship are infected with coronavirus, 32 of them being Americans.

The outbreak is so serious that out of those who were tested positive, 10 are in “serious condition.”

Also, according to the report, the Japanese health officials allowed 11 elderly uninfected passengers get off the ship.
