TCL 10L (TCL 10 Lite) is among the three smartphones that were announced by TCL and also the cheapest among the trio. It offers a 6.53-inch LCD LTPS FHD+ display with a punch hole at the top left for the selfie camera. There is also a dedicated PixelWorks chip that converts SDR to HDR in real-time.

Design and Display

On the body, the smartphone brings in a balanced design. It has a smooth panel that is available in Arctic White and Mariana Blue. Thanks to the sleek 3D panel, the phone gives an ergonomic and smooth body feel.

It has 162.2 x 75.6 x 8.4 mm in dimensions and weighs 180 gram making it a nice lightweight device. Meanwhile, on the front side, it has an expansive 6.53-inch FHD + Dotch display with a dedicated display chipset and wireless Super Bluetooth audio sharing.

It has a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels coupled with an 85.4% screen-to-body ratio. Further, it provides good color and contrast optimized in real-time with NXTVISION visual technology. There are also eye protection modes.

Camera

As long as the camera is concerned, the TCL 10L has a 48MP f/1.8 primary rear camera and it is paired with an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide angle camera. There is additional support of a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

Inside the punch, a hole is a selfies shooter of 16MP f/2.2 camera. The camera can shoot up to 4K@30fps and it has Dual LED flash for nice shots in the dark.

The TCL 10L has a Snapdragon 665 chipset rocking the system with a 6GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage up to 256GB max. The chip has a highly customizable UI and Smart Key that delivers smooth performance with less power consumption.

Booting the device is Android 10 OS with TCL UI that presents engaging interfaces, intuitive interaction, and customizable features.

The TCL 10L has a 4000 mAh battery non-removable and an Intelligent Battery Mode optimizes power usage that delivers long battery life.

It has 4G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, and an audio jack. There is also a dedicated audio chipset, an audio amplifier, and a feature called Super Bluetooth which lets you connect to up to four Bluetooth speakers or headphones at the same time.

For security, it features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and Faces key that you can use to unlock your device.

The TCL 10L will sell at a price of €249 in Europe, $249 in the USA, and £199 in the UK.
