Whether you are on an Android phone or tablet or an iPhone and iPad, there is a shortcut bar in the Facebook application.
On Android this bar is at the top, on iPhone and iPad it is at the bottom.
This is where we find icons. A house for the news feed, a TV for Watch, a flag for the pages, a bell for notifications, etc.
However, it is possible to remove some of these icons and shortcuts if desired. Conversely, you can put them back if you want.

How to remove a shortcut on the Facebook app
Removing a shortcut from the Facebook app is definitely the easiest part to do. In fact, there are two ways to do it.
The easiest way is to leave your finger on an icon and then select the option: Remove from the shortcut bar.
This applies to both Android and Apple devices.

The other way that you can take them out is to be where they can be put back in afterwards.
How to put a shortcut back on the Facebook application
Have you removed a Facebook feature shortcut and want to put it back to the top (Android) or bottom (Apple) of your Facebook app? For that you need:
- Go to the Facebookapp
- Tap the icon of our photowith the three horizontal lines
- Scroll down to: Settings
- Select the 1 stoption: Profile settings
- Scroll all the way down to: Shortcut bar
- Check the shortcuts that you want or do not want
